This pop-up store to rent is located at the heart of the very sought-after district of Le Marais, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris, in rue des Blancs Manteaux. As an extremely commercial area, le Marais is the trendy spot of the capital; it embodies avant-gardism and tendencies. The ephemeral shops up for rent in Le Marais and its showrooms are even more valued during Parisian Fashion Weeks.
The Marais district is, at the same time, touristic and parisian, and is known for its trendy and design shops. The pop-up stores and createurs concepts are particularly sought after as they embody a vitality and novelty that are characteristic of the neighborhood.
At the heart of this living and dynamic district, the rue des Blancs Manteaux is perpendicular to the rue Vieille du Temple and is two feet away from the rue des Francs Bourgeois, which attracts every important name, designer and galerist artist. We no longer count listed private hotels and hidden courtyards in the narrow and paved streets of the Marais.
Who says trendy fashion, says shopping. The neighbouring shops are numerous: Eres, Bobbies, Maje, Sandro, Iro, Repetto or even Zadig & Voltaire. Walkers and shoppers will be there throughout the week and on every weekend.
Our shop can also transform itself into a showroom during Fashion Weeks.
The pop up store to rent is almost at the corner of the rue Vieille du Temple, in front of the Halle des Blancs Manteaux. It offers a bright shop window and a wide surface of 48m² on the ground floor, which can be used for business. With a basement that can be used as a reserve of 70m².
The shop has all of the Haussmannian charm, the parquet, the mouldings, and big embedded mirrors. The space is entirely adjustable and convertible. For example, during the pop-up store made by Maison Dorée, the space was divided into 3 parts: a first one dedicated to the exhibition of the products, a meeting space and, finally, an intimate space for workshops.
The shop has the Internet, a sound system and a water point with toilets.
