Herbarium

Herbarium is a brand which sells plants and was developed by two sisters, Marion & Pauline. While it was born online, the brand quickly used the physical channel, with a strong in-store concept which evolved according to different experimentations.

The issue of the brand:

How can a fixed place reinforce the power of its brand and its customer experience?

Nestore’s part:

Strengthened by first feedback which were very conclusive, to support in the search for a first permanent location and to refine the concept in a first owned store.
To set up measurement tools (performance & customer satisfaction).
To evaluate the relevance of workshops in the brand strategy (gaining customer loyalty, acquisition).
To manage the collection of data.

Herbarium

Herbarium pop-up store:

The ephemeral Herbarium store opened its doors in the friendly district of the Batignolles. The minimalist and rustic style of the shop allows them to put forth beautiful frames of the brand’s dried plants. They want to rejuvenate the image of herbariums by creating workshops where clients can create their own herbarium with flowers previously dried by Herbarium’s team.

A workshop store which mixes ornament shop and florist codes.

Herbarium’s Success Story:

A modern and minimalistic version of an herbarium, that is the idea of the brand created in 2016 by Marion and Pauline, two creative sisters passionate about the poetic universe of plants. Their concept is a workshop-store, located in the Batignolles district, which enables them to generate a transparent communication about how herbariums are made. Today, Herbarium has collaborated with several brands such as Sézane, l’Artisan Parfumeur or even Caudalie.
