We have a real soft spot for this one. It’s the kind of shop where a brand feels at home from day one, without having to reinvent everything. With Veja and APC just a few steps away, the people walking past know exactly what they’re looking for. For a fashion or design brand that wants to make its mark in the Haut-Marais, it’s an address we recommend without hesitation.

A pop-up space with the right size and location for your audience and objectives. A dedicated team supporting your project, relying on on-the-ground expertise and trusted partners.
Advice and recommendations for service providers (merchandising, layout, decoration…).Personalized follow-up to answer your questions after the opening.
A methodology (built from real field experience) and a performance tracking tool (enriched by past projects) to help you analyze and optimize your point of sale.

The Haut-Marais is one of the Paris neighbourhoods fashion and lifestyle brands watch most closely. Around rue Vieille du Temple, rue de Bretagne and the small streets in between, you’ll find trend-conscious Parisians, local creatives and international shoppers looking for cutting-edge labels. Designer boutiques, galleries and cafés keep the area buzzing seven days a week. Opening a pop-up store on rue de Poitou means reaching curious visitors who are happy to walk in and discover a new brand.
This pop-up store on rue de Poitou offers 90 m² of bright space, with a street-facing window that catches passers-by. The sales area runs lengthwise across several levels, linked by brushed-metal steps that naturally shape the flow through the shop. Track spotlights let you highlight each collection just as a gallery would. The built-in shelves and counter are ready to use, and a smaller second room works well for a capsule collection, a fitting area or an exhibition. A sink, kitchenette and toilet complete the space, and a movable partition lets you set up an office or storage as needed.
