The Rue du Bourg-Tibourg neighborhood stands out for its atmosphere, driven by art, fashion, and design. Connecting Rue de Rivoli and the heart of the Marais, this iconic artery in central Paris combines mass-market brands with small independent shops. There's a notable concentration of concept stores showcasing Made in France products. This duality attracts a diverse clientele: tourists seeking new discoveries mingle with loyal Parisian locals, all drawn to the richness and variety of the retail offerings.
The space on Rue du Bourg-Tibourg consists of three distinct areas offering multiple layout possibilities. On the ground floor, the main shop of 80 m² benefits from excellent visibility from the street. Its interior stands out with its curves, numerous built-in shelves, and counters adorned with red tiles. Next, by passing through the shop, you access the 36 m² gallery. This space is distinguished by its green walls and counters covered in white tiles. Important note: the main shop is the only access point to this gallery. Finally, the venue has a convertible basement, adding to the usage possibilities of this space.
