The neighbourhood of the Haut-Marais

Set in the heart of Haut-Marais, the streets surrounding Rue Volta represent one of the most carefully curated retail environments in Paris. Steps from Carreau du Temple, Rue de Bretagne, Rue Charlot and Rue Vieille du Temple, the neighbourhood thrives on a distinctive ecosystem of concept stores, contemporary art galleries, designer labels, and lifestyle-driven cafés and restaurants. Its audience is predominantly composed of high-earning professionals, creative entrepreneurs and affluent residents : further enriched by a discerning flow of international visitors. Less crowded than lower Marais, yet more intentional and curatorial in character, it is the ideal setting for brands in pursuit of quality visibility and genuine cultural resonance.

Description of the showroom on Volta street

What sets this pop-up store apart begins at street level: an exceptional 11-metre glazed façade onto Rue Volta commanding immediate attention and ensuring powerful visibility from the public realm. The sweeping shopfront pours natural light deep into the interior, the perfect conditions for elevating product displays and giving full expression to any creative scenography.

Inside, the space unfolds across four adaptable volumes. On the ground floor, three distinct areas (60 sqm, 35 sqm and 28 sqm) each benefit from generous 3.5-metre ceiling heights, making them equally suited to welcoming guests, curating a retail experience or crafting a fully immersive brand journey. A removable kitchen, discreetly concealed behind integrated panels, completes the ground floor and enables seamless reconfiguration to meet the specific needs of each event. On the lower ground floor, a self-contained 81 sqm space offers an ideal backdrop for photo shoots, press presentations, runway shows or any event format calling for an independent, versatile volume.
