The Le Nôtre ephemeral workshop - Interview
We are very happy to have welcomed L'Atelier Ephémère de Lenôtre in our store in Etienne Marcel.

Marine Ricklin, the communication manager at Maison Lenôtre, agreed to share with us some secrets behind Lenôtre pastries and tips to remember when creating a pop-up store.
Nestore: Salty or sweet?
Marine: Salty!
Nestore : What's your favorite recipe in the kitchen?
Marine: The savory pies!
Nestore: What's your favorite pastry?
Marine: Macaroons from Maison Lenôtre — my favorite dish to enjoy all day long.
Nestore: Your advice for successful baking?
Marine: Have a lot of patience, the right ingredients and of course, the secret ingredient: lots of love!
Nestore: Where did you come up with the idea of creating the Lenôtre ephemeral workshop?
Marine: We wanted to highlight the various excellent skills of Maison Lenôtre — and there is nothing better than a new place to express it.
Nestore: What were your goals in creating this pop-up?
Marine: Highlighting our chefs, our products and interacting with new customers — we had no stores in the Etienne Marcel district.
Nestore: Would you be ready to relive this experience?
Marine: Yes! It was a very good personal experience but also a team experience because this project was supported by a large part of the House.
Nestore: What is the feedback from your customers on this ephemeral workshop?
Marine: Beautiful, good, gourmet!
Nestore: What is THE best practice to give for the smooth running of a pop-up store?
Marine: Dare!
Nestore: What would be your best memory at 36 rue Etienne Marcel?
Marine: The installation — the realization of a 6-month project!
