The Ephemeral Le Nôtre Workshop - Interview
We are very happy to have welcomed L'Atelier Ephémère de Lenôtre into our boutique in Etienne Marcel.

Marine Ricklin, communications manager at Maison Lenôtre, agreed to share with us some of the secrets behind Lenôtre pastries and tips to remember when creating a pop-up store.
Nestore: Salty or sweet?
Marine: Salty!
Nestore : And what about you in the kitchen? What is your favorite recipe?
Marine: Savory pies!
Nestore: Your favorite pastry?
Marine: Maison Lenôtre macarons – my guilty pleasure to enjoy all day long.
Nestore: Your advice for successful baking?
Marine: Have a lot of patience, the right ingredients and of course, the secret ingredient: lots of love!
Nestore: Where did you get the idea to create the Lenôtre pop-up workshop?
Marine: We wanted to highlight the various areas of excellence of Maison Lenôtre – and there's no better way to express this than with a new location.
Nestore: What were your goals in doing this pop-up?
Marine: Highlighting our chefs, our products and connecting with new customers – we didn't have any shops in the Etienne Marcel district.
Nestore: Would you be willing to relive this experience?
Marine: Yes! It was a wonderful personal experience, but also a great team experience, as the project was supported by a large part of the company.
Nestore: What feedback have your customers had on this pop-up workshop?
Marine: Beautiful, good, delicious!
Nestore: What is THE best practice to give for the smooth running of a pop-up store?
Marine: Dare!
Nestore: What would be your best memory at 36 rue Etienne Marcel?
Marine: The installation – the realization of a 6-month project!
