We Are Knitters is a community knitwear brand that sells balls of yarn. Based in Spain, they wanted to measure the relevance of a physical point of sale in their retail development. For this first retail test, they chose to set up in their second largest market after the US, in France, in our pop-up store 3 Rue des Blancs-Manteaux.

What is the relevance of the point of sale in creating a global customer experience and federating its community?
For this first pop-up store, We Are Knitters wanted to create a successful omnichannel concept in order to be able to assess the expectations of their customers. Creation of their concept, event organization of the store (workshop), implementation of the interface with their website (online appointment, click & collect, relay) and performance measurement (customer satisfaction).

“Nestore was a great help! Both on finding the ideal space, and on the general organization of the store. We managed to organize a pop-up store in Madrid where the headquarters of We Are Knitters are located, without going to Paris once before the store was set up and officially opened! Nestore helped us thanks to his availability, his numerous and diverse supplier contacts which allowed us to have a centralized general organization.”
Anna de Lachapelle - Brand & Marketing Manager at We Are Knitters

The knitting brand We are Knitters put its wool balls in the Marais. The knitters, a real knitting community, were able to go to workshops and share their passion in the pop up store. A universe around creative and colorful leisure thanks to the exhibition of balls that dust off the world of knitting.
From Madrid to Paris...
We are Knitters is a knitting and crochet brand with 100% natural wool. The brand was created by Pepita Martin and Alberto Bravo, in Madrid, Spain.
In winter 2019, for 1 year, the knitting brand opened its very first pop-up store in the Marais at 5 rue des Blancs Manteaux in order to meet their French customers and test their physical appearance. WAK and Nestore organized a pop-up store remotely between Madrid and Paris.
