Vintage Football Area opened its first pop-up store 36 rue Étienne-Marcel, and continued with a second experience at La Canebière, in Marseille to offer more than 1000 vintage soccer jerseys, ranging from accessible pieces to rare and signed collector models. With the support of Nestore, a specialist in pop-up shops, the brand was able to meet its Parisian and Marseille community in a central location and transform its passion for retro football into a unique experience. This pop-up store perfectly illustrates the strength of ephemeral retail: flexibility, visibility and total immersion in the world of a brand.
Vintage Football Area became a French success story thanks to a combination of in-depth knowledge of the market, ofgenuineness, innovative marketing formats and a effective omnichannel strategy. By cultivating trust (via customer reviews), surprise (with the mystery box), and community ties (social networks, pop-ups), VFA has been able to transform a passion into a lasting brand that is appreciated by collectors of vintage jerseys.
